Mercy Shay is a Texas-based actor, singer, model, and creative producer with over 18 years of performance experience in musical theatre, film, commercials, and live entertainment. With a powerful contemporary belt, emotionally driven performances, and a dynamic stage presence, Mercy loves bringing authentic, memorable characters to life. Their playing age ranges from 17–26, allowing them to take on a wide variety of roles.

Over the years, Mercy has appeared in regional theatre productions, independent films, commercials, concerts, and live entertainment events, building experience both on stage and in front of the camera. Their work ranges from dramatic and comedic roles to ensemble, featured, and devised productions, making them a versatile performer who enjoys taking on new creative challenges.

Outside of performing, Mercy is the co-founder of Stage Riot Society, where they help create opportunities for artists through innovative productions, community collaboration, and inclusive events. Their experience as a producer and creative director gives them a well-rounded understanding of the creative process and makes them a collaborative, adaptable member of any team.

In addition to acting, Mercy is a trained vocalist with a strong background in pop, rock, and contemporary musical theatre. They enjoy harmony work, dance and movement, improvisation, character-driven storytelling, and picking up choreography quickly.
